Lynda Dorman is a seasoned executive, entrepreneur, and management consultant with more than 30 years of leadership experience and past performance serving business, corporate, government, and nonprofit clients. Lynda is the Founder and CEO of Dorman Group Holdings LLC (DGH), a Prince George's County, Maryland-based SBE/MBE-certified management consulting firm specializing in organizational capacity building, policy and program development, project management, business assessments, IT solutions, business accelerator facilitation, training and curriculum design, small business advisory, and grants management.

Vickie R. Braxton serves as Director and Curriculum Facilitator for Dorman Group Holdings LLC, where she leads the design, development, and implementation of educational programming, workforce training curriculum, and instructional learning experiences for clients, schools, organizations, and community-based initiatives. Her work combines deep expertise in curriculum development, instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and applied pedagogy with a strong commitment to building programs that are practical, inclusive, and transformational.

Thomas “Mike” Turner is an accomplished business development and economic empowerment leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning relationship marketing, capture management, account management, procurement, supplier diversity, project management, and small business development. Originally from Buford, Georgia, Mike has built a distinguished career helping organizations, entrepreneurs, and communities grow through strategic partnerships, operational excellence, and sustainable economic opportunity.

Terri Smith Moore, PhD, MBA, RPh, CPH, recently served as the Vice President, Chief Strategy and Inclusion Officer, American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP). In that capacity, she managed the staff teams responsible for the association journal, institutional research surveys and data, and membership governance affinity groups. Dr. Moore closely worked on the association's strategic planning process, implementation and evaluation. She co-led AACP's efforts in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Anti-racism, and works on AACP initiatives related to public health, academic innovations and practice transformation in pharmacy.

Leah M. Dorman serves as Operations Assistant & Associate Project Manager for Dorman Group Holdings LLC (DGH), providing essential administrative and project coordination support to the firm's client engagements and daily operations. She supports the project management of training and strategic planning workshops, from set-up and logistics to facilitating icebreakers, presentations, and agenda flow, and helps develop meeting presentation materials and handouts.

Kyle Hager serves as Technical Manager for Dorman Group Holdings, supporting the firm's technical systems, digital tools, and data needs. He combines hands-on programming experience in Java, C++, and C# with research in AI ethics and decision-making logic, and a strong understanding of human behavior.
